About Me

With over 25 years as a clinical psychologist and more than 15 years of experience leading teams and supporting leaders in public and humanitarian organizations, I’ve seen how awareness, empathy, and presence can transform how people work and relate.

I’ve lived both sides of leadership: the environments that build trust and safety, and the ones shaped by fear, silence, and stress.

My work is grounded in real-world experience and research. Today, my focus is on supporting leaders create emotionally healthier workplaces where psychological safety is strategic, burnout is addressed, and trust leads to lasting impact.

All services are available online, in English, Portuguese, and Spanish.

Therapeutic coaching blends coaching methods with the depth of psychotherapy. We focus on your leadership challenges while also looking inward, exploring emotions, beliefs, triggers, and unconscious patterns. The goal isn’t to control behavior, but to create lasting, meaningful change from the inside out.

Psychotherapy often focuses more deeply on your personal history, emotional wounds, and long-term patterns. Coaching is more goal-oriented and centers on your leadership and professional challenges. When needed, we can decide together which path best supports your needs.

Sessions are held online through a secure platform and last 50 minutes. We typically meet weekly or every two weeks. We start with a three-month cycle and adjust the frequency or focus as we go.

Yes. All sessions are strictly confidential and follow professional ethical codes. Nothing is shared with your organization without your explicit consent.
