About me
My work is built on lived experience and years of study, combining what I’ve seen, what I’ve learned, and what truly works for leadership.
Awareness, empathy, and presence aren’t theories for me. They’re the foundation of how I’ve led, supported teams, and helped leaders create healthier workplaces.
What I’ve Seen and
Why This Work Matters
With over 15 years of leading teams and supporting leaders across diverse organizations, I’ve seen how a leader’s presence can transform not just team dynamics, but entire work cultures.
I’ve experienced both sides of leadership:
environments built on trust and openness
and others shaped by fear, silence, and tension
These differences impacted not only engagement, but also health, well-being, and sense of purpose — both mine and of those I supported.
Over the years, I’ve helped colleagues navigate similar pressures, trying to stay engaged while facing emotionally unsafe leadership.
These experiences shaped my mission: supporting leaders in creating healthier, more human ways of leading — where people feel safe, valued, and able to do their best work.
This work is not theoretical. It comes from real, lived experience.
Again and again, I’ve seen how leadership shapes a team’s tone, how people relate to one another, and whether they feel safe, engaged, or drained. That’s why I focus on leadership that wants to build trust, sustain performance, and protect well-being.
My mission is to help managers build emotionally healthier, more human workplaces and
- Foster psychological safety that drives trust and openness
- Prevent burnout in yourself and across your team
- Build habits that sustain focus, energy, and clarity
- Lead with emotional presence, not pressure
- Shape a culture where people feel safe, seen, and engaged
My Professional Background
I’m a clinical psychologist with 27+ years of experience, an executive coach, and a PhD researcher focused on the role of beliefs in creating resilient and psychologically safe leadership.
My work brings together:
clinical depth grounded in psychoanalysis
integrative trauma-informed methods (EMDR)
organizational psychology
evidence-based tools from positive psychology and neuroscience
This combination allows me to work both in depth and with practicality, helping leaders create meaningful change for themselves and their teams.
After nearly five years supporting leaders and managers across the United Nations system, I began my consulting practice to expand this work beyond organizations
